Boelter Elected Foundation President

BOELTER TAKES FOUNDATION HELM

 The Montana Chamber Foundation conducted its Annual Meeting in Bozeman, October 13 and elected Kathy Boelter as President.  Boelter is the President of Arrow Solutions Group in Billings, which provides IT contractors and recruiting services for clients across Montana, Idaho, Wyoming and the Dakotas.

Boelter follows Kelly Cresswell of the Student Assistance Foundation (Helena) as President.  Rick Edwards of NorthWestern Energy (Butte) follows Boelter as Vice President.  Webb Brown (Montana Chamber, Helena) was re-elected Executive Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Bill Woody of Montana Health Solutions (Missoula) was elected to his first full-term on the Board, after serving in an ex-officio capacity the last two years as the Chair and Immediate Past Chair of the Montana Chamber of Commerce Board.  Sherry Cladouhos (Helena), retired from BlueCross BlueShield of Montana, was elected to her second term.  Cresswell remains on the Board as Past President.  Concluding Directors were Karen Campbell of CommuniBiz (Billings) and Russ Spika of Spika and Bantz CPA’s (Lewistown).

The Montana Chamber Foundation promotes and improves the economic development opportunities of the state and its communities by participating in educational projects and research.  The major projects of the Foundation are the annual Montana Chamber & Governors’ Cup golf tournament, the Montana High School Business Challenge, the annual Economic Update Series, and the Montana Healthcare Forum.
