<p>BASIC FUNCTION: Generate accurate job plans with complete job sequences that tie together estimated labor resources, parts and materials, equipment and internal/external services required to complete jobs on agreed upon schedules. </p>
<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<p>1. Plan and estimate labor, material, and service resources for maintenance per Routine Maintenance Planning Process.<br />
2. Field walk SAP notifications and create job needs such as PPE, parts, lifting equipment, scaffolding, insulation removal/replacement, abatement and so forth, in order to determine approximate job cost. Search out originator, if available, to ensure clarity regarding job scope/expectations.<br />
3. Enters an Estimated Cost of the Work Order based on field scoping and forward for approval if costs exceed a pre-determined amount. If possible, present alternative repair strategies in order to reduce costs.<br />
4. Generate accurate and complete planning packages for all planned jobs so craft productivity can be optimized (drawings, previous repair history, permit requirements, Bills of Material, etc.)<br />
5. Constructs job operations with a logical work sequence such that each step may be closed once completed, leaving only yet-to-be-completed job tasks in the backlog.<br />
6. Develop plan task list library in SAP and planning package library for repeatable maintenance tasks.<br />
7. Requisitions appropriate parts and materials for each job. Uses “parts reservations” in the requisitioning process to ensure warehouse quantities are available as planned for the scheduled job execution.<br />
8. Identify kitted materials<br />
9. Back-fills for Area Planner responsibilities created by short-duration absences.<br />
10. Critique and adjust plans/task lists for completed jobs based on information returned from crafts and supervision.<br />
11. Notify the Master Equipment Data Owner of any equipment changes or BOM changes.<br />
12. Field walk Turnaround notifications and provide input and support for Turnaround Planning.<br />
13. Enter SAP Plans for Rotating Equipment resources.<br />
14. Manage PMs with Reliability group.<br />
CRITICAL SKILLS &amp; LEADERSHIP CRITERIA:</p>

- SAP: knowledge of how to use transactions to search for, organize and modify database records, assemble/generate routine and special-request reports.<br />
