BASIC FUNCTION: Generate accurate job plans with complete job sequences that tie together estimated labor resources, parts and materials, equipment and internal/external services required to complete jobs on agreed upon schedules. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan and estimate labor, material, and service resources for maintenance per Routine Maintenance Planning Process.
2. Field walk SAP notifications and create job needs such as PPE, parts, lifting equipment, scaffolding, insulation removal/replacement, abatement and so forth, in order to determine approximate job cost. Search out originator, if available, to ensure clarity regarding job scope/expectations.
3. Enters an Estimated Cost of the Work Order based on field scoping and forward for approval if costs exceed a pre-determined amount. If possible, present alternative repair strategies in order to reduce costs.
4. Generate accurate and complete planning packages for all planned jobs so craft productivity can be optimized (drawings, previous repair history, permit requirements, Bills of Material, etc.)
5. Constructs job operations with a logical work sequence such that each step may be closed once completed, leaving only yet-to-be-completed job tasks in the backlog.
6. Develop plan task list library in SAP and planning package library for repeatable maintenance tasks.
7. Requisitions appropriate parts and materials for each job. Uses “parts reservations” in the requisitioning process to ensure warehouse quantities are available as planned for the scheduled job execution.
8. Identify kitted materials
9. Back-fills for Area Planner responsibilities created by short-duration absences.
10. Critique and adjust plans/task lists for completed jobs based on information returned from crafts and supervision.
11. Notify the Master Equipment Data Owner of any equipment changes or BOM changes.
12. Field walk Turnaround notifications and provide input and support for Turnaround Planning.
13. Enter SAP Plans for Rotating Equipment resources.
14. Manage PMs with Reliability group.

Arrow Solutions is seeking a PC Technician for a Billings, MT client with locations throughout Montana and Wyoming. The selected candidate will be on a Team performing a 1,500 Desktop migration. The Technician will be responsible for providing direct installation, diagnostic and problem resolution for all personal computer (PC) hardware, related PC peripheral devices, and software and network services for all of our client’s employees. Besides installation support, this position is also responsible for providing diagnostic and problem resolution relating to network servers, cabling, interconnect facilities, printing services, data protection, data recovery services and remote communications as directed.  The PC Technician must be able to function independently and produce results that meet standards of quality, timeliness, and acceptability.  Minimal supervision and general direction will be given.

Requirements
